Our Mission
Wellow Fields Medical Practice exists to provide kind, competent and continuous primary care to the communities around Glastonbury, Somerset. We believe in looking after patients as people — listening first, treating carefully and caring for you at every stage of life.

Booking Made Simple
From the moment you ring the bell, our reception team makes keeping an appointment straightforward. You can book online, by phone or in person — and we will always explain what happens next.
When you join the practice, we help you:
- Register with an NHS GP of your choice
- Book a routine, telephone or video appointment
- Request a repeat prescription order
- Arrange blood tests and clinic follow-ups
- Access same-day urgent-care triage
- Get referred to local physiotherapy and specialists
Our Clinical Team
Your care is delivered by a well-regulated team: GP partners, salaried GPs, advanced nurse practitioners, practice nurses and our in-house phlebotomist. Together they cover everything from childhood immunisations to complex long-term condition reviews.

NHS and Private Appointments
The majority of our services are provided free through the NHS. We also offer private appointments for patients who want to be seen sooner, at a convenient time, or who are not registered with an NHS GP. Ask our reception team for the current private price list.
