Education & Experience
All clinical applicants must hold current professional registration with the relevant UK body — GMC registration for doctors and NMC registration for nurses — together with the appropriate DBS clearance and professional indemnity cover.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and follow NHS employment practice. A full job description and person specification for every role is available from our Practice Manager, Sarah Nightingale, on request.

Position Requirements
- Current GMC registration (doctors) or NMC registration (nurses)
- Eligibility to work in the UK and a valid DBS certificate
- MPS or MDDUS professional indemnity membership
- Experience in general practice or primary care settings
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability, with a flexible and team-first approach
- A driving licence is helpful for home-visit rotas
- MRCGP or diploma of the RCGP desirable for GP applicants
- At least one year's post-registration clinical experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Confidence with EMIS Web and Microsoft Office

Induction & Training
New team members complete a structured induction before they see patients, covering our local procedures, EMIS access and clinical governance.
Our training programme combines both practical clinical induction and classroom-based sessions, run in-house and with our training practice partners.

On appointment you'll be given access to our online learning library, covering our practice procedures and clinical guidelines.Request training accessand you'll receive your login within one working day.
